Warning Remote Users

Remote Users: Please note if your Team Viewer software complains about not being connected after upgrading to Version 13 you might need to removed the Team Viewer software from your computer and reinstall it.  There seems to be a bug that causes Team Viewer to loose its Internet connection despite the computer still being connected to the Internet,  To fix this go to the control panel and search for “Add & Removed Programs”  After loading that page scroll down till you find Team Viewer and remove it. Once it had been deleted just go to there website and download and install a fresh version.
