Try out new repeater out.  The Steel City ARC is now on the 220 band.  Currently the repeater is operating with its internal controller but soon it will be interconnected with the SCARC 2 meter repeater.   Please try it out and please send signal reports to tech (at) w3kwh (dit) com.
